This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases on the behanmei website.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the payment providers made available there. We do not intentionally receive or store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.

Accepted methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by location, device, card issuer, and Shopify checkout configuration. Please rely on the options shown at checkout rather than on any payment method not displayed there.

Authorization, charges, and currency

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. Prices and charges are shown in the checkout currency. A payment authorization may be reversed if an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled.

Pricing errors and fraud review

We aim for accurate pricing and product information. If a material error occurs, or if an order requires fraud or security review, we may contact you, cancel the order where permitted by law, and refund any captured amount to the original payment method.
