Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders delivered in the United States. It explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

30-day return window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at service@behanmei.shop. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Return authorization and method

All returns are by mail and require prior authorization. Do not send an item to the merchant address shown on the website unless we specifically instruct you to do so. After reviewing an eligible request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return postage unless we confirm another arrangement in writing. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our confirmed error, damage, or incorrect item.

Refund timing

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending any item so we can confirm the exchange process.

Non-returnable situations

Items returned used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, outside the 30-day window, or without prior authorization may be ineligible for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
