These Terms of Service govern your use of the behanmei website and purchases made through it.

1. Store use

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. You must provide accurate, current order and contact information.

2. Products, availability, and product information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, finish, scale, and texture can vary by screen and by material characteristics. Product availability may change. We may correct clerical errors, update product details, limit quantities, or decline orders where permitted by law.

3. Orders and payment authorization

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory issues, or inability to process payment. A payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order. See the Payment Policy for more detail.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping estimates, charges, return eligibility, and exchanges are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless required otherwise by law.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, brand assets, photographs, text, product descriptions, and other content are owned by or licensed to behanmei and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

7. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, behanmei will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing law and contact
