This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.
Shipping destinations
We currently offer shipping to addresses in the United States. Availability for specific addresses is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping: orders over US$50.00.
- Standard shipping: a flat US$6.99 for orders at or below the free-shipping threshold.
Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal shown at checkout and may exclude taxes or other charges where applicable.
Order cutoff and processing
Our order cutoff time is 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago, GMT-06:00). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit time and delivery estimate
After processing, standard transit time is typically 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday. The standard total delivery estimate is therefore 6–13 business days from the time an eligible order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, or events outside our control.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us for available options; additional shipping charges may apply.
Taxes, duties, and delays
Applicable taxes are displayed or calculated at checkout when required. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier, customs, or local service interruptions. We will provide reasonable assistance for delivery questions, but we cannot control third-party carriers.
